Overview
VAV (Variable Air Volume) Fume Hood System is an intelligent ventilation control solution for high-standard laboratories. It maintains constant safe face velocity automatically by real-time adjusting exhaust air volume according to sash opening height, effectively cuts air consumption and reduces air conditioning energy loss.
This system consists of fume hood body, VAV air valve, velocity sensor, PLC control panel and differential pressure linkage module. It fully complies with NFPA 45, ASHRAE 110 and local lab safety standards, and can be linked with central AHU, room pressure monitoring and waste gas treatment equipment to build an interlocked intelligent ventilation system.
Suitable for chemical synthesis labs, pharmaceutical R&D labs, university teaching labs and multi-unit connected lab zones, the system can be matched with all sizes of 1200/1500/1800mm standard fume hoods, and supports single hood independent control or multi-hood centralized group control.
