Custom walk-in fume hood designed for large laboratory equipment and safe removal of hazardous fumes.
Overview
Walk-In Fume Hood is an oversized full-access enclosed ventilation workstation, specially designed for large-scale lab equipment, pilot synthesis reactors, bulk raw material pretreatment and full-size device testing. It provides a fully enclosed negative pressure operating space to capture hazardous chemical vapors, dust and solvent exhaust, preventing cross-contamination and protecting operators from toxic exposure.
Adopting fully customizable modular panel structure, the overall size, liner material, door form, sash style and air control system can be adjusted freely. It complies with ASHRAE 110, NFPA 45 and ISO lab safety standards, compatible with VAV / CAV variable air volume control, AHU fresh air makeup and waste gas treatment linkage systems.
Applicable for pilot chemical workshops, university large teaching labs, pharmaceutical intermediate synthesis workshops, battery testing labs and environmental hazardous waste treatment stations. It can be single independent unit or combined with buffer airlock to form negative pressure full-enclosed experimental area.
